I am probably one of the only people in the world that will ever say this, but I don't want winter to end. Yes I know I live in SoCal and we don't truly have a "winter" but after the amount of rain we've gotten this winter and the fact that we haven't seen a 70 degree day in probably at least 2.5 months, I've really gotten used to the colder weather. Blame it on the horrible summer we had last year and the fact that California has two seasons, cold and then hot, there really isn't a in-between except for maybe 5 days. Basically as I babble on, I wasn't ready to embrace spring until, well, yesterday. I went and got my nails done and chose a fun bright green and I think that was what I needed, crazy enough, to get me in the mood. Maybe the trip I took to Target after helped too but still, I was inspired! As I strolled aimlessly through the aisles of Target, yes I do this too often to admit, everything I saw I wanted and really got me in the mood and thus inspired this blog post!
