While I might live in an area that is getting the least amount of rain possible, but that isn't stopping me from obsessing over rain boots. I have wanted a pair for a few months now and while I can't seem to get myself to splurge on Hunters quite yet I did go on the hunt for some more affordable options that will satisfy me until I give in and buy Hunters. What are your guys thoughts on rain boots?
