Once a year the chic masses head to the seaside French town of Cannes for the world famous film festival and while the festival might be honoring the films of the year the fashion has become almost just as important if not more. I have been oogling over all my favorite celebs and their looks and decided to give my list of the best dressed. Once in my lifetime I will go to this event!
